  • I'm not sure where to begin. I've been to this location at least 10 times in the past 60 days. Frankie and Luca always help me and go above and beyond anything I could ever expect (getting items shipped to their store across the US when unavailable online, spending unlimited time explaining everything to me, etc). I'm not very good at making sure I match, or that I'll look good when I go to work but Luca and Jared, went out of their way to make a little guide to match clothes together with what type of shoes. Yes it might be ignorant of me to not know what goes well together but the point is that they didn't care about making a sale, they cared about the customer service they provided. They have told me what looks good and what doesn't so that I can make an informed and educated buying decision. These people are not looking to just make a sale, they want you to be a customer for life. They have earned me as a customer for life. Just to be clear, the people who I must recommend are Frankie, Luca, Jared, Ali, and Damian. All of them are outstanding employees and every time make sure that I am taken care of. Not to mention that the deals you can get here are much better than you can get at any other store. Sure you can get a cheap pair of pants from Nordstrom, JCP, or Macys but when you go here and you shop their deals, you can get a 100% pair of wool pants for $40 like I did today! Buy 1 get 1 free, $19.99 ties, 50% off clearance from time to time, you can't beat it. The perfect fit rewards program gives you 10% back in rewards certificates and its FREE to sign up. And no its not a credit card. Go see Frankie, Luca, Jared, Ali, or Damian. It truly is as good as it gets here.
