  • BEWARE!! First,there are more cars in the parking lot that belong to employees than customers, and now I know why!! Specifically Drew in the service department was probably the laziest, non customer service oriented individual that I have ever met! Smerking while he told me he couldn't perform a simple task of removing a couple chain links out of a chain I had purchased from ridenow just seconds earlier. While 10 employees were standing around. I was informed I wouldn't be helped until Monday. Obviously he was more worried about standing around and waiting to punch out than customer service. I have had better experiences at Walmart. I will never purchase anything at Ridenow again. I know why they only have 1.5 stars. Im truly surprised they are still in business.. My recommendation= obtain new employees with customer service training. ....
