This is a really nice theater. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. We saw Jerry Seinfeld here and had a fantastic view from the lower of the two balconies. The acoustics were great as well and it has a very small intimate feel considering how many seats it has. The only thing that annoyed me was that the ticket said NO CAMERAS in all caps so I didn't bring mine because I didn't want to risk it getting confiscated. Then when we got there they said it was totally fine to take still photos of each other (and even of Seinfeld), just no video. So I was really sad I hadn't brought my camera and I ended up buying the professional photos they took (this is probably why they say no cameras).
