I have been banking with Huntington for approximately 20 years and tonight was the last straw. For some reason Huntington has decided over the past 6 months to repeatedly (for no reason ) to freeze my debit card without telling me and then issue a new one. Tonight they did this without warning and left me with no way to pay my restaurant tab. After 40 minutes of embarrassment sitting in the both at the restaurant on hold with no resolution due to abismal customer service we finally had to ask a friend to pick up our tab. I will be closing my account in the morning.
