  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is one of the worst living experiences I've ever had. My boyfriend's mom found the place while he was in Europe so he was desperate for a place and then a little later I moved in with him. For what they offer, the price is outrageously too high. From the front courtyards, it looks decent because they just repainted and keep the gardens well-maintained, but that's about it. He received the apartment dirty upon move-in and never was given a walk-through. We had a bunch of problems with maintenance almost weekly since it's an older complex, and it was a real pain in the ass getting things fixed. Maintenance would come weeks later and half fix the problem again and again. It got so bad, they were just bypassing all of our requests for repairs. Then upon move-out, we got seriously dicked around. The manager on site is very dishonest and was flat-out rude to us the last two months we lived there. The woman working the front desk was nice and helpful, but she is just a temp worker and has stated over and over again she isn't at liberty to do much herself, or she just refuses to get involved, which is fine. But they've cycled through at least three or four receptionists while we lived there and no one else seemed to be very helpful. This place seriously needs to get its act together, or start charging much less for the apartments. They're shitty quality, small, dirty, and supply horrible customer service. In fact, I'd argue there isn't any customer service at all. Again, if you're looking for a place to live, take your business elsewhere.
