| - Simply awful. Treated like cattle.
Dr cancels appointments willy-nilly day of, as if everybody has the time and resources to reschedule multiple times. Even if you have an appointment, you will wait a minimum of one hour. They couldn't care less that you are out of prescriptions, they do not offer refills, and tell you that you just have to wait until you can be seen - even though they are the ones who cancelled appointment several hours before.
Two televisions dual it out in a dark, cold waiting room - each on a different station, each very loud. Enough to drive you insane.
Cheap, incredibly uncomfortable chairs, no magazines at all. Not that you can read with all that racket.
Front desk staff treats you as if you are a burden. After waiting a minimum of an hour in the waiting room, you then wait alone in the exam room, often for another 30-45 minutes.
Once the doctor actually does see you, all she does is refer you out to the other doctors. Then you make appointments and spend several hours waiting for them to see you, only to find out that they don't even have the ability to do the tests she wants them to do. Have been bumped back and forth to three cardiologists now, and not one of them could do anything on the referral. This has been going on for 3 months, still no diagnosis.
Gotta love socialized medicine!
