  • Just want to say PMI just took over our HOA at Farmhouse Meadows in Gilbert. Please be as good as Spectrum was in keeping the CCR's rules. Our neighborhood looks great and we want it to stay that way to keep our values up. A neighborhood close to us under a different HOA is very obviously not doing their job. I will give you the stars but ask that you be strict with trailer parking on sides of homes and trucks parked on rocks instead of driveway or street. Just hope you are proven to be as good as Spectrum was. Looking forward to your managing our neighborhood and keeping it as nice at is looks. Home are selling for top dollar in here and it's due to Spectrum doing a fantastic job. Don't know why they are leaving us but I will give you a chance to prove yourself for the benefit of this neighborhood. Please keep the CCR's and collect fees. Thank you
