  • THE REST OF THE STORY - I need to amend my one star review of 3/19/2014. A couple of days after I wrote the review I heard from Joe, the business owner. He was most apologetic about his partner failing to call me back and explained there had been a death in the family. To make a long story short, Joe and I had several telephone conversations leading to him coming to my home to give me an estimate for the project. Joe never missed returning my phone calls in a timely fashion and arrived at my home exactly when he said he would. He's a most pleasant man who has a vast knowledge about the work he provides. He suggested several changes from the job as I had planned it and each change was an improvement over my concept. He promised me an estimate within a week and I have no doubt he'll deliver. No, I haven't hired him yet, and perhaps I'll wind up using someone else, depending on the estimates and my comfort level with the business owners. But one thing for sure, Falcon is a quality business and worthy of serious consideration.
