  • Called in to confirm my reservation after I got my bag from claims, hold time was a bit long. The customer service operator hung up on me when I told him please give me a sec because the driver pulled up and I was asking if he went to Chandler, AZ. (Horrible customer service) Their was a young lady by the waiting area who was very helpful (I'd give her a *****) and helped me figure out where to be and gave me a estimate time. The driver was great and respectful. Only issue was the customer service over the phone..... long wait and no patience
