  • Can I give negative stars? My landlord scheduled this company to service a serious leak in our kitchen sink. Same as other reviewers have said. No call no show, I took multiple days off work to fit to their schedule when they didn't even bother to show 3 days in a row. The office number I had stopped answering my calls, after being incredibly rude to me. When I asked to speak to a manager, the voice on the phone was suspiciously the same....I had my husband call from a different number when they stopped taking mine, and they gave him the same story, the technician is held up. Very very rude. Ugh! When they finally decided to show up and were actually supposed to be doing work I watched this technician sit in his truck in front of my house for an hour and a half. What was he doing? Who knows. He said he was waiting for a part when I asked him. It looked like he was taking a nap to me. We had further plumbing issues after they left, as a direct result of their "work" and had to wait for a different plumber, as I told my landlord I refused to ever wait for this company again. What really gets me is the landlord has had similar issues with them in the past (they told me!) and still continues to use this sham of a company.
