I want to start out with this. I am a natural dark blonde, my hair is not difficult to lighten or highlight and now I look like I'm wearing a copper penny instead of blonde hair.
I think the biggest issue at this school is the lack of guidance from "teachers" on the floor. It should not take a student who is about to graduate 5 hours to do highlights on dark blonde hair. Nor should she have to change developers midway through the process, nor should she have to use two different toners (the second made it worse as I discovered in better light when I got home). It's really not the students fault, she was listening to her "teachers" on the floor.
At the end of the day... I wasted five hours getting my hair done poorly and now have to go pay someone else to fix it. There is no excuse for how brassy my hair looks right now and I feel badly for the students who have spent money to learn at this school.
