Called 4 days in a row to set up appointment with Syed Rahman MD, as Desert Springs Hospital printed on the release form to use him for a follow up after an emergency room visit.
There was never a return call, until today 3 weeks later. The woman caller could only mumble and never really identified herself satisfactory. What she was asking for today was our insurance provider information.
When we explained they were calling 3 weeks to late, she disconnected the phone call. Bit rude, on the phone to have an office person that could not take the time to properly identify themself and quite unusual to call back after 3/4 of a month. Question: why would they want insurance information?
