  • If I could give less than 1 star, I probably would. I was shocked to find out that our room ended up costing us $80. The property is located on McDowell Road.....on the west side......2015.......$80!!! If the geological location isn't enough, I encountered several cockroaches during my shower. I was nearly scared to death by one when I came face to face with him when I opened the shower curtain to get out of the shower. i did pretty good though, considering I don't do bugs well. The ice machine wasn't working either. It's June....Phoenix, AZ......desert. Other than ALL THAT, it was just great! Oh wait....I almost forgot. We were walking out the door of our room at 11:07 AM and checkout is at 11 AM, so they kept our $20 deposit. It's not rocket science....you're a 1 1/2 star hotel for a reason!
