  • I just finished a telephone conversation with Ed. As someone wrote in an earlier review, Ed at times answers his own telephone. Awesome! I called to find out if he/his company would be a good property manager for me. As I went through my questions, Ed was extremely patient and polite. Not only did he THOROUGHLY answer my questions, Ed also prepared a Statistical Market Analysis and immediately e-mailed it to me to give me a realistic idea of the current market. Even though Ed made a very positive impression, he told me that the location of my home is too far away for him to provide me with the professional job that he does for all of his clients. Ed, if you read this, I hope you change your mind and decide to manage my home! Not to leave me stranded, Ed then provided a referral. Even though I had additional questions, however, Ed continued to provide excellent advice and then sincerely concluded with "if you ever have any more questions, call me". Again, AWESOME! This is how customer service and contact should be. Thank you Ed!
