  • If I could give them less stars I would. I took my car in for a simple repair (fuel pump) to clear smog and clear a check engine light. after paying over $2,000 and driving 50 miles the light came back on. I took the car back and the issue was supposedly fixed but after driving 50 miles the light came on again. I was told by the manager it would be taken care the third time, but to my surprise I was told I needed to pay an additional $1,500. I refused so they illegally held my car. I had to call the police to have it released. Another shop fixed the original problem for $250 and confirmed no work was done by TireWorks on my fuel pump. My attorney is processing paperwork for small claims court. These guys are straight up criminals!
