i'm not sure what the "C" in c-lounge stands for, but unless it's "club" (as in club/lounge) then the name is a misnomer. misleading at best. basically, it's much more of a club than a lounge.
there are 2 bars along one length of the wall and seating areas separated by curtains on the opposite wall. the main space running between is wide, open, and presumably for shakin' yer money maker. however, the arrangement seems to delay dancing as onlookers from both sides wait for critical mass to take centre stage, literally.
once some brave (drunk) soul(s) broaches the boundary though, the party's poppin!
the best features of the otherwise drab decor (e.g. low couches and liquor bottles propped on spotlights), are the patio and the joint bathroom sink area. personally though, i don't care how nice the patio is in the winter and the bathroom area is not that cool (i was fishing, if you know what i mean).
in sum: save this spot for the summer.
