  • My boyfriend and I came in the middle of the day and we weren't surprised to see a line. It was our first time here so we were grateful for the chance to take our time. The service was terrible. The lady behind the counter was very sour and seemed very unhappy to be working there. I also have an issue with the sanitation... where are the gloves? I noticed papers being used to grab everything, but I couldn't help but notice the paper didn't seem to prevent the woman behind the counter from touching my cone. No papers were even used when providing samples either. After the off service, I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. The rum raisin and the bananas foster. It was absolutely delicious! The waffle cone was amazing too, it tastes really fresh. The food was great, the service and sanitation needs work.
