This was my first visit to a Burlington Coat Factory. Discount outerwear and other items abound at this incredibly large store. Besides your wallet, you need only bring one other thing, patience.
This store is filled to capacity with everything from coats (imagine that) to small furniture and novelty gifts, and even a candy aisle for the cavity-prone. The clothing aisles are cramped and the racks are disorganized with clothes all strewn about from the frenzied attack of other shoppers. I saw several employees tasked with cleanup duty; to their credit they were doing the best they could but the disaster seems to be never ending.
Let's assume you found an item to your liking; conjure up more patience, you're likely in for quite a long wait in line at the registers with a bunch of screaming kids (and adults). I suggest going mid-week and later in the evening toward closing to avoid the crowds.
