  • I called in to make an appointment to get a brow wax and tint. After waiting 30 minutes, turns out she doesn't wax, I said okay and let her do threading which I hate. After that she walks away and says she doesn't do tinting. The threading was extremely rough and talked shit about my tattoos the entire process. After brushing all the hairs off my face, I notice she took off the whole front of my left brow making them very uneven and didn't thread the tail. Going home now to pluck everything she missed. I went there for convenience as my place was closed, and they are very close to my house. Never again.
