Please do not waste your time here unless you are paying for a car in cash, having it inspected by a mechanic beforehand, and not buying a warranty.
Otherwise, you are likely to get taken advantage of.
I bought a vehicle that needed a new TPMS system because they switched out the wheels for me. When I brought the car back to have them installed (they told me the TMPS were in) there was nothing! I was told to come back later.
This was fine, but then I decided to cancel the warranty I bought because 4800 dollars seemed ridiculous!
This is where the battle began, and it took a full four months to get my refund. They never sent the funds to the warranty company (this is coming from the company) and claimed they had.
Long story short (and after at least a phone call a week to the dealership or warranty company), I got my check.
I had to have the warranty company contact the dealership and tell them upfront that they had not received funds.
Then, magically, the check was found and I picked it up that day!
I'm glad they finally settled the issue after me bothering them for four months, but it should not have to come to this.
Beware if you are doing anything more than paying for a car in total, and get it inspected!
