Went for a VIP wash on July 8th. My 2015 Ram truck had less than 5,000 miles on it. I noticed 2 employees horsing around as my truck was being parked under the drying canopy. I didn't think anything more of it until I noticed a dent above the gas cap door. I raised a stink. Jason the manager said there was no way they put a dent in it. I did not relent. He took my information and said I would be contacted by corporate in 24 to 48 hours. I was never contacted and 5 days later called corporate to find out the status of my claim. Called by the G.M. a day later. Essentially called me a liar and said they had videos of that day and nothing like what I saw happened and they weren't responsible. I said I wanted to look at the videos and he said "you can't, but the police can". Police wouldn't get involved. Terrible experience. Had been a loyal customer for years. Since Jacksons took it over the place is horrible.
I wonder if their corporate knows how bad things are being run.
