  • I'm having to compose myself and stave off anger in order to provide a fair and accurate assessment of this company. I'm beyond upset and disappointed. Originally, we were scheduled for a 9-12 appointment but nobody showed up or called AT ALL! After numerous attempts to reach someone (scheduler & technician), i got to play text tag with a sarcastic individual who ultimately lied saying that he did show up at 12:20. I had to depart in order to pick up my kids and left a note on the door stating that I would be back in 15 minutes. He said he waited the 15 minutes for me but I have a recording of him showing up at 12:22 and departing at 12:28 (6 min). I waited for them for 3+ hours and they gave me 6 min. After all of that, the job was completed in less than an hour and our grout is as dirty as ever. A few minutes on my hands and knees does a better job than they did. I would strongly appreciate speaking to the owner, Darrel as I'm told this is not the caliber of business he normally delivers. Daniel, homeowner
