  • It is unbelievable this company is still in business. Total lack of response and very poor service. They have taken our personal trash can twice and though they claimed they would they have made no effort to replace it. We have inquired numerous times about having a large appliance picked up and have never received a response of any kind. They repeatedly miss pickups. They leave trash that has blown out during pickup strung all over yards and streets and often put the trash cans right in the middle of the driveway entrance. I understand these are "first world problems" but this has been going on for years now and I find it beyond frustrating to keep paying for service that is subpar at its best. This seems to be the collective view city wide so I am hopeful our little town will reconsider before signing with them again.
