  • This place has the worst customer service! We had a problem with the bed(the coils were poking our backs)! I'm not kidding! When we talked to the manager, she says "So what do you want me to do?". To make a long story short, it became a nightmare. It's too bad because the suite we stayed at was really nice and the hotel lobby was beautiful. I suggest staying somewhere else where the staff cares and accomodates your needs. By the way, the pool is small and populated by a 50+ crowd.
