  • I'm praying that a lawyer reads this and realizes how many people have been scammed. I cancelled my internet service in July of 2015. They never sent me a return label for my modem despite calling several times. Now it's been almost a year later and I never once received a bill, phone call, or any form of communication. I got a letter from a collection agency. Tried calling their customer service line and they told me they could not tell me the date of the last sent bill. Tried calling their disputes department, they left me on hold until the call center closed. Now i'm stuck with a useless router and I have to pay collections. Please heed my warning and do not fall prey to this scam!
