  • Where to even begin.... My A/C hardly works, can't get it cooler than 82 in my apartment. Maintenance always says it's working properly even though it's not. My bike seat was stolen a few months ago. Today my husbands car was vandalized. There is trash everywhere, people partying all night. No one cleans up their dogs poop. I pay $30 for a "valet trash" service that I've never seen and I can literally walk twenty feet to the garbage chute. Was promised a gift card for renewing my lease back in March (obviously a horrible idea) and never received it. I literally pay over $1200/month to live here and I absolutely hate it. Office staff turnover is ridiculous. I never know who anyone is because no one stick around longer than a month. Should I go on? Stay away from this place. You can find something much better for the price.
