  • My furnace/ac unit has always had a problem with moisture management. A device installed to shut it off when too much water accumulated had it shutting off ALL THE TIME. After repeated efforts to fix it by the installer company, we gave up. Travis at Sterling made an adaption and cleaned out the line. Presto. Fixed the problem. We chose to buy the very reasonable twice yearly inspection package. I have had bad experiences with free inspection companies. I was amazed by how thorough they were (Travis again), all the measurements and adjustments. He even checked the carbon monoxide alarm. And did not find any made up problems. Hooray! Further, they have always been quick to respond and courteous. Good work, folks! Highly recommend.
