  • Took the airplane tour with my daughter in July. There was a mixup with my reservation due to a misunderstanding on my end, but Papillon was more than accommodating. They were able to reschedule our tour for the next day and due to all the confusion they gave us drink tickets and a voucher for the photo. They are extremely punctual, so be ready, and stay true to the schedule provided. I would definitely fly with them again the next time I'm in Vegas. The airplane tour over Hoover dam, Lake Meade, and Grand Canyon was a little over an hour and the views were breathtaking! A great intro to the Grand Canyon and definitely peaked my interest to return. Look for a special in the magazine stands in your hotel or taxi.
