| - Randy, while you did call me back, it was 4 days after I called. And while you may have had something on your website about being closed, not all of your potential customers look at your website. Some people call your phone number and leave multiple messages, like myself. Next time you're closed for multiple days, you may want to consider saying such on your voicemail greeting.
I do appreciate the fact that you did, ultimately, call me back, but I was not impressed with the overall follow through. During our conversation, I mentioned that one of the power windows in my vehicle was moving slowly. You asked me for the year, make, and model and said that you would find the information on the part, text me back, and "be sure to take care of me". That was Thursday afternoon. It is now Saturday afternoon...a full 48 hours later, and I have heard nothing. You must not be interested in trying to earn back my business.
I do not feel it would be reflective of my experience to change the wording, as my wording was true to my experience.
