| - CONS: We have lived here a little over two months and have had NOTHING but trouble. Upon move-in, many things in the apartment were either not finished or missing. No island, which was a selling point, and they were aware of this. Their response was that, "the maintenance report said there is an island." Maybe check the apartments before tenants move in? Second, it is impossible to get in touch with the management. Have sent numerous emails and have yet to hear back... even from the corporate level. What a joke. We work full-time jobs and cannot afford to just take a day off to have a meeting with the management. We made the mistake of doing this once, and upon our arrival, the lady was on a "last minute" business trip, how professional, right? Also, our washer has been broken for over a month... Have yet to get any updates as to when it will be fixed, and yes, we have asked. Extremely inconvenient. Even though the lease states that management is responsible for fixing the washer/driers in the units, they basically will wait forever to do so and put you out of your way. It is a very noisy complex, which is to be expected, but I have looked out of my window in the middle of the night to find drunken people walking around in the parking lot, even saw a girl throw a glass bottle into the shrubs before getting in a car. Oh, and let's not forget the ridiculous fees for crap amenities, such as the internet for $45/month that sucks, the "valet trash" fee, even though you have to take it to the trash shoot yourself, and the "recycling fee" which of course... you must take to the recycling lot in the parking lot, maybe provide a bin to put the recycled items in that way I at least see my money going somewhere?
PROS: Private parking deck, location, the city view from our terrace and.... the gym.
