  • Where do I begin with this place... My husband and I were regulars here for several months and now will not be going back. Every time we have gone in there we would request the same masseuses until one moved and then the other one left too. This last time few times we were there the place smells like major sewer and the new masseuses chat throughout our massages and not to mention will periodically leave to help clients walking through the front door. Which takes away from the time we are paying for (typically we do a 75 min massage) and the masseuses don't make up for the interrupted time or even apologize. But the more important thing about this place is the audacity the masseuses have here.... We were there this past week and had the last straw. We called beforehand and knew we wouldn't be able to request our favorite masseuses because they were gone so we decided to give others there a chance again. We walked in only to be hustled by one lady specifically. We called for a 60 min full body and she tried to tell us we needed to do 90 mins because 60 wasn't long enough to do a full body. You guys offer 60 mins for full body so obviously it's doable. Then during our massages the same lady started 5 mins late, talked to the other masseuses, and then complained at the end how her back hurt from giving the massage. We go to pay and my husband gives each masseuses a 25% tip and the same hustling lady tells him that's not enough of a tip! From there things downward spiraled and the lady tried to lie about some "additional charges" just so she could get more money. In the end we were beyond appalled and disappointed in the ethic practices there so we left and will never be going back.
