No complaints! Enterprise is my usual rental choice, so I knew to make our reservations ahead of time.
We arrived in Las Vegas around 11:00p their time, so all was quiet once the shuttle dropped us off at the car rental center. It did not take long to find the Enterprise desk and with our reservations already made, check in was a breeze. The man who helped us was very friendly, despite the pissed off customers ahead of us! Lol.
We had to go upstairs to the garage to get our car, and the woman who helped us there already had the car ready, running and the A/C on. She efficiently went over the car check in with us and gave us clear directions on how to reach the strip.
When it came time to drop the car off, we did not have time to refuel it before getting to the airport. It was a tiny little economy car, so it was great on gas, but still we did not want to be charged on it.
The man who checked the car in for us said "looks full to me!" and sent us on our way! Lol! And we didn't get charged after the fact.
