  • Whenever I come here for the Genius Bar I am see pretty quickly. Came here last weekend with my dude and Jesse was super helpful! MacBook was old and we tried upgrading to a solid state but for some reason it was not booting up correctly. Even though Jesse couldn't solve the problem for us because we had hardware problems, he gave us some good alternatives to try out before coming back again. It's nice to know that even though Apple makes products that are expensive and not that durable for the average user, the Genuises here are real people and do care about people who walk through these doors.
