  • So I made the silly mistake of booking the wrong day on Expedia. Steve was waaaaaay more accommodating than he had to be!! I have a family of 6 and this one of the only hotels that had a suite big enough for us and panic set in when I figured out what I'd done. Steve set me up with the same room and get this, the same rate for a Saturday night vs the Sunday night I had booked. He also took the initiative to cancel the wrong night so I wouldn't be charged by Expedia. Best customer service ever!!!!
