Of all the Starbucks I've been through around the world, this Starbucks gave me a very bad experience. I went through the drive thru lane to place an order. I missed the order box that was on the corner of the building (behind high weeds). I got to the window and thought that was where we placed the order. The gentleman working at the window was a blonde gentleman with glasses, rudely said " did you miss the order box? I don't know how you missed that its right there at the corner of the wall" he then said " what do you want (with a heavy sigh) " I told him it was an accident that I've missed the order box. It is behind high weeds and it isn't visible. Without giving me a total, he stared at me with a dumb stare after I told Him I wanted a grande green tea frap. I asked him "what's my total?" I handed him a $5 bill and he handed me back the change, made my beverage, handed me my drink and straw and closed the window with no Thank you. I drove away remembering his fa e and that I have never had a bad experience like this. I'm a coffee lover and I go to Starbucks religiously before my morning commute. I will never come back to this location because on top of rushing me, he did not listen to the order when I asked to make sure it is made with soy milk. Being rude to customers not only makes you lose business. It creates a BAD IMAGE for the COMPANY. This location is directly across from UNLV. If I had a picture of the cup he handed me, I would post that. This was not a busy time at all. I was the only one in the drive thru, so the person helping me was just totally unprofessional. Thank you for the bad experience, you lost a customer.
