  • First time Audi buyer, long time Audi lover! Love my 2014 Audi A4!! I'd been looking at Audis for quite some time, comparing features and price. I was in the market for a certified used A4, and Audi Peoria had a great selection. When my husband and I decided to stop by, immediately we noticed a difference - we didn't have the vultures (aka salesguys) flock to us. After a few mins of looking around, JJ came out, introduced himself, and started talking about what we were looking for and our price point. I was amazed at how comfortable we felt talking to him knowing we weren't being pressured into buying. Since we only had a short time to look around, he handed us his card and said if we had any questions to give him a call. To our surprise, he let us leave without trying to get us to test drive or nail down when we were coming back. After about a week, we came back in and selected the perfect one. After working out the numbers, we finalized the purchase with Jeremy. Again, to our surprise, we didn't feel pressured to buy all of the add-ons. He reviewed all of the options with us and completely left the choice to us. The entire car buying experience was the best - no pressure, friendly staff, great financing options, and the best part - being welcomed to the Audi family! One other note, even after buying the car, JJ gave his assurance "My job didn't end when you left the store, please know I'm always available to help." Thank you, JJ, for the best and most rewarding car buying experience I've ever had!
