  • If you are looking for walmart style care this is the place to go! The waiting rooms must hold about 30-40 people at a time. The sign in sheet states that the office is required to ask a person's race at sign in- but doesn't tell the patient they have the right to not answer this question- there is nothing that says this is an optional question. But, most importantly handwashing was few and far between!! Really- in an office that sees people with immunocompromised systems, the elderly, and people after surgery I am going to have to ask a tech 4x just to get the hand sanitizer used? I also saw only one very small sign next to the sink stating providers should wash hands before and after seeing a pt...the MD did not wash hands at all--that I could see!! FYI- this is gross!! I used the hand sanitizer mounted on the walls in the hallways about 4 times and got not a lot of sanitizer out of them- I did not see any employees using these as they left exam rooms! Gross!! I don't care what type of care you give you need to wash your hands!
