| - HORRIBLE SERVICE. We stayed here last week, and had to deal with front desk and staff for 2-3hrs of our morning in my friends birthday. We had originally booked one room and so when we went to checkout (which is at 12pm), we got there early because my brother was coming into town and had booked another upgraded room for the next night to spend time with us, and even though we had the confirmation number, the email, and I showed them my ID to prove we had the same last name, which they didn't care for. There are check in kiosks in the front that give you the option of checking in with just a confirmation number/ID//etc. But at the desk, for some reason it's unacceptable? And when we finally got a late checkout for our current room so we wouldn't have to check our bags, the cleaning lady upstairs would not let us into our room (by this point she was still 15min early to a normal checkout-which we never did), and she sent us back down. This happened maybe two more times before we were just left waiting for my brother to arrive to check us in. And then the key they gave us to the new room didn't work. Lol it was crazy and stressful and it could have all been avoided. We were patient and we didn't want to start a problem, even though it was very hectic and time-consuming. Another note, they have a few pool areas (3 that I saw) and one of them was very packed and rowdy, the one behind it was not packed but a lot of chairs were taken even though no one was in them (people left belongings on them) and the third area was completely closed. What's he point of paying a resort fee if we can't even use them all? Let alone, not have enough chairs available. There should be a system to adjust it. Ugh, just not the best experience overall. Overpriced and horrible service overall.
