  • Went in for a vasectomy. I was told I could expect the appointment to last an hour. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours and prepped in the room for a while. I still give them 5 stars because the staff was very apologetic (I can imagine things may get backed up from time to time in a urology office) and Dr. Freedman was great. Although he is the only experience I have for a urology doctor, I would still recommend him to anyone looking to get the procedure done. Great, relaxed and calming bedside manner.
