What a vivid display of disorganized confusion. At a busy hour of travel 2 of 3 major TSA checkpoints were closed. Once everyone was funneled into the center checkpoint and the line backed out into the main isle of the ticketing area only then did the TSA decide to open a second checkpoint. Just as I finally worked my way to be next in line for the X-ray the surly agent stops me and closes the machine to divert me to the next scanner. This meant I now was sent to the back of the line for that scanner which already had 15 people waiting to use. By time I worked my way up to third in line the surly agent opened the original machine. As I started over to be next in that line she yelled at me, "Are you an employee?" Once I said no, she ordered me back to the other scanner. As I went through they then started allowing everyone through the original scanner. In the last year I've been through TSA checkpoints in 38 different airports across the U. S. ,Europe,& the Caribbean, and this TSA was by far the worst staffed, worse operated, and worse managed of all of them. Unfortunately, they don't care.
