I have been going here for 3 years for smog checks -- you cannot beat the price. To make up for it, they will try and up sale you on any opportunity they have. You need to understand the normal costs of these up sales and the required maintenance as stated in your car's operation manual before you enter this establishment. Otherwise, just politely decline and investigate later. They may offer you a better deal after you decline. Be wary of the cost of the oil change, as you know, the advertised cost may not applied your vehicle. This is a problem with all auto service shops. I do trust these people, but it is a business and in today's business climate, it is "buyer beware"!
