  • I can't remember giving a 1 star review before, but I have given ENTegrity every chance and now I feel justified in criticizing my experience. I was referred to them by another ENT who wasn't able to see me for a month. I had been hit directly on my ear by a wayward tennis ball thrown by a teenager at a high rate of speed. I had lost hearing and was experiencing some strange sounds. My examination and consultation was quite satisfactory. I had had a recent hearing test at another doctors a couple months prior, so they wanted to order the previous test, compare the two and then tell me what they recommended. Up to this point I was 100% satisfied. However, when I hadn't heard back I called 1) after two weeks and 2) after 4 weeks with no response. Then I 3) stopped in the office, explained my disappointment and was assured that I would be contacted. Now it's three months later an I've never heard back. Hence, this 1 star rating
