  • If I could give this company no stars, I would. #RylandHomes is now #CAtlantic. We entered into a contract a month ago, it has been a NIGHTMARE from day one. It starts from the sales office all the way to loan processing. Please when I say, runnnnnnn, you better run from this company and find yourself another builder. We just walked away from the house that We entered a contract within the " Sage Canyon " community and lost 10,000 dollars. I won't go into every little detail, because I am physically and mental exhausted from their incompetency in the last month of dealing with them. I'd rather loose 10,000 dollars than to deal with those assholes another day. The WORST builder in the Las Vegas area! You have been *warned* If you're looking to build in this area, D-R Horton Builders or Pulte Homes is who I would recommend. I have heard nothing but good from both builders.
