| - I strongly agree with the first 3 sentences of O C.'s review.
Basics of what happened: purchased a stove, it did not work for over 2 months, they sent various technicians to "try" to fix it, each time giving a 45min notice before arrival (i.e. no previous coordination, and have to leave work immediately to go let them in). Called to complain (both the store and head office), no one would answer. Leave various messages, no one would respond. Eventually tried different customer service agents to find one who finally promised to send a replacement by the end of the week. No surprise, it did not happen. Tried again the following week (calling every day). When I finally get someone on the phone, they give me the same story "we have it in stock, it's an easy arrangement, we will call you friday between 2pm - 4pm and provide you with a window of 4 hours on saturday for the drop off."
Eventually they called on a Friday with 45min notice and dropped off the fridge (had to leave work again). Fingers crossed it doesn't breakdown in the next few years. I do not want to deal with their customer service again.
The irony is that while I was put on hold the many times I talked to them over the phone, I was forced to listen to a recording of how "Tasco has the best customer service..." blah blah blah. Endless false promises. Once they have your money, they REALLY dont care.
For the sake of sanity, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
