  • My friend invited me here, claiming this place has the best karaage and ramen in Vegas. So I decided to give it a try with my husband and our friend. We put our names in the wait list. I saw people constantly coming in and coming out. I figured with this many people, this place MUST be great. We waited avout 15 minutes and were sat at the bar. It took about 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order but with how busy and fast paced everything was, it was reasonable. We ordered the agadashi tofu, karaage, and the honey garlic chicken as appetizers. The agadashi tofu was standard. Nothing particularly about it made it special. I wish that there was daikon radish included. Daikon radish probably made me like the dish more. The karaage truly was delicious. It came out very hot. It was crispy and the meat inside was extremely juicy and flavorful. I don't know how it is marinated but whatever it is, somehow the karaage is very special. The honey garlic chicken lacked of garlic flavor and it was more towards the sweet side. It made me think of barbecue sauce. The sauce would have tasted better on rice. As for ramen, I had a regular tonkatsu miso ramen. I took out the bean sprouts. I believe that bean sprouts add an unnecessary crunch to ramen. The chasiu was very tender and melted in my mouth. The ends were seasoned with pepper which I found interesting. Soft boiled eggs are my favorite part of ramen and unfortunately here the egg was simply over cooked in my opinion. The broth was very hearty and satisfying though. I docked 1 star for the over cooked egg and that when I tried getting the server's attention for a water refill I was completely ignored. I drank all my water and my husband's water but was still ignored.
