Going through a BK/Chapter 13 is never easy, but this group made it more difficult and stressful. Turn over in their staff is awful and takes over days to get a phone call back. We felt that we were one of 1000's that they were helping and the process was not as smooth as we thought it would be. It took me over a year to settle on the amount of money my husband and I should pay back (they had us overpaying for 6 months) by me pointing out errors in calculations.
The only person I can say that was helpful and that really took the time to assist with my questions was Tiffany Slater. She was awesome and towards the end of our repayment made the process super easy by explaining the time line and what to expect. I wish she was with in the beginning!
