Stephanie at the UPS store provided exceptional service today. Had some issues with getting the right info from Dyson to send back a vacuum cleaner for repair but Stephanie made the experience seamless. As soon as I walked through the door she asked if I was sending it in for repair and told me not to worry and that she knew exactly what to do! The other patrons in the store also seemed to move quickly through each of their requests, receiving nothing but smiles and pleasantries from store staff along the way. A simple interaction but world class service that has me outside of the store penning the review before I drive away. GREAT JOB guys!
