  • After having a god awful bubble tea experience at the boba tea place in Chandler Mall, I was resigned to the fact I just don't like this stuff. Then my friends dragged me here while we were out shopping at San Tan one day (when it was named Fat Straw) and since then I've fallen in love! I love the BFF drink in particular and I come here as often as I can to get it. It tastes incredible and the kiwi poppers are top notch. They're pretty quick even on busy days with serving you as well. The only con to this place is some girls that work here seem to have an attitude. I explicitly say I don't want ice every time I go. Twice now I've had the same exact girl have an attitude because she messed it up and put ice when I specifically requested no ice in the first place. Other than that, it's okay. I just wish they were a little less irritable both when taking orders and placing orders. But I'm only here for a second to order, grab my drink, and get out so it's whatever. It's worth it for the delicious tea, honestly!
