We purchased some great furniture for our kids and spent a lot of money...but yet, the service was horrible! This place has so much potential...but the staff and customer service really needs improvement before I would recommend to friends.
An example of one of our many experiences is when we ordered a nursing chair, it took 16 weeks before they would look into our order and determine the status of the chair for us. We called and dropped into the store a dozen times prior to inquire...but their lazy staff would tell us to be patient...it takes 12+ weeks. Never even looked into our file!
By the 16th week, they finally returned our call and told us they don't know when the chair will arrive and we shouldn't complain because other people have been waiting 3x longer.... Can you believe that? Why would they sell me a product that has been on back order for months prior to us ordering??? Very disappointed with how they treat current and potential customers. Poor staff, management, and overall customer experience.
If I could have found the same furniture elsewhere...I would not have purchased anything from West Coast Kids.
