  • After reading the long string of bad reviews for this location, I was hesitant to go there, but I had already made an appointment, so based on the strength of the most recent review--a good one noting the new management--my wife and I took our pickup there yesterday morning to have the disc brakes serviced (they were making a grinding, vibrating noise I'd never heard before). Everyone was courteous and professional, I was quoted the price I expected (based on coupons), and--excepting the necessity of replacing a paper-thin rotor that even my not-mechanically-inclined wife could see was bad--wound up paying the price I was quoted. Yes, the total bill was more than I expected to pay, but I know that sometimes mechanics (like doctors, electricians, and any other "technicians") find problems that require immediate repair. And the bill was very reasonable considering the additional work and parts required. All in all, both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the service we got there. I would most definitely do business in the future with this location of Just Brakes.
